  • Assistant Professor, 1967-1971; Associate Professor, 1971-1976; Professor, 1976-present, College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota.

Community Service

  • League of Women Voters, Roseville, Minnesota.

  • Honorary usher, BSU commencement, 1989, 1990, 1991, and 1993.

Personal Achievements/Awards

  • Numerous Publications in referred journals and scientific presentations.
  • Norden Award for Distinguished Teaching in the Field of Veterinary Medicine, 1971 and 1986.
  • American Veterinary Medical Association National Teaching Excellence Award in the Basic Science, 1992.
  • Minnesota Nominee for Latter Award.
  • Research on Roundheart Disease in turkeys, drug induced Cardiomyopathy.
  • Development of A-T materials for Embryology and Histology.
  • Developed computer-assisted tutorial programs in Veterinary Microanatomy.
  • Prepared CD-Rom on the Micromorphology of Tubular Organs in Domestic Mammalian and Avian Species.
