• Assistant Public Defender, Hennepin County Public Defender's Office, 1981-1982.
• Judge of District Court, Hennepin County 4th Judicial District, 1982-1990.
• Assistant General Counsel and Director of Litigation, Medtronic, 1990-present.
• Star of Excellence Award Winner, Medtronic, 1994.

Community Service

• Served on the Edina Boy's Basketball Association of Directors.

Outstanding Service to Bemidji State University

• Member to the State University Board, 1979-1981.
