Connie Dugstad-Bishop has been named Minnesota Teacher of the Year for the Oklee School District and received a Minnesota School of Excellence Award during her distinguished educational career. She has also received a Minnesota Rural Education Profile in Excellence award and has won the Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom award twice.
