Christopher "Chris" Mills has been the superintendant of schools for Stephen/Argyle Central Schools since 2000. He was the District 32 Administrator of the Year in 2004-2005, and is the newly-elected chair of the Minnesota Rural Education Association's Legislative Action Committee.
